Black Youth and Campus Organizing

Download Podcast

Join the hosts of Black Autonomy Federation Radio as they discuss black student organizing on campus. Today’s show Black Youth and Campus Organizing will address the role of black youth and students in the black liberation struggle. Black youth were in the forefront of radical social change in America during the late 1960's however this period is lacking in youth led revolutionary action and consciousness.
What was the socio-political context that set the stage for the activity we saw from black youth in the past compared to now? What direction do black youth in this period need to go in to once again play a leading role in creating revolutionary change and how do we get there?
All of these questions will be explored in today’s show.
